We've got some corn for popping at Ashlea School, Cotgrave!

Updated: Sep 26, 2023

On Thursday 28th April, Terry and Helen spent the day at Ashlea School in Cotgrave.

Working with two groups of Post 16 students, a fire was laid and lit before popping corn in a special long handled shaker.

Students invited their parents to join with the activities, which gave Terry the opportunity to chat with the parents about The Adventure Service Day Services whilst the students were busy enjoying all of the wonderful activities on offer.

We all had a great day and as a result, some of the students will now be coming along to our Top Valley Day Service to take part in a FREE taster day. We’ll hopefully then welcome them as new Adventurers with The Adventure Service on a weekly basis when they leave school.

If you would like The Adventure Service to visit your school to give you a hands-on opportunity to learn about our Day Service, please contact Helen Harris-Ellis via helen@theadventureservice.com or phone 07803 909 427.
