Connor's On Target for TAS!

Trainee Instructor, Connor Hibbert, recently completed the Archery GB Instructor Award at Leicester Outdoor Pursuits Centre. Over the two days, multiple aspects were covered such as: loading and shooting, styles and techniques, improving personal skills, coaching others, safety on the range, setting up a range, choosing the right equipment and designing games.

Afterwards, Connor added "I really enjoyed the training and although I felt apprehensive about leading an archery session in front of new faces, overtime my confidence grew and it became second nature. The experience gained was a massive plus for me and it's great to learn a set of new skills that will contribute not only my development as an instructor, but also towards the Adventurer's development. I'm excited to see the guys have fun and improve their archery skills!
